Log emails automatically ✉️

Since Google is the default sign-in method, we could ask for additional scopes when establishing the OAuth connection and use that to import the user's emails if a record already exist for that contact.
This would allow the user to see all previous interactions with a contact without having to log things manually.

A second benefit that could come from this: if a record doesn't exist for that contact we could create "shadow/grey contacts" based on the contact info we've gathered in the email to make it either for them to create this contact later on and convert this grey contact into a contact that is shared with the team.
