Can a user create multi workspaces?

Seem one user can create only one workspace. What if I need to manage multi teams?

@code1704 to create more workspaces, you have to create a new workspace using plus sign trick, once you create new workspace, you can invite your main account with link and delete account used for creating workspace

Creating workspaces with sub workspaces etc so that you can compartmentalize different departments and data streams. Do you mind upvoting that request for visibility?

In my case, we have a Supply and a Demand team. Both share entities like Opportunities and Companies, but ideally, they should have their own People. For sure I can use a flag in the entity to filter different boards and views, but the main challenge is they have complete different workflows.

Instead of filtering with flags is it possible to create teams within a Workspace? For me this will be a better way to create shared insights dashboards in the future

Until row level access feature twentyhq/core-team-issues#257 is done (which is planned for Q4), I'm afraid you have to use flags until then since creating teams is not possible

What about creating a Data model for just that team and giving them only permission to view it or edit?

With current state of permissions, it's possible and sounds like a good workaround but this means more work for someone responsible for checking all of them

I agree with @BOHEUS; in my experience, it will be easier to visualize two "workspaces" as teams within the same organization, rather than creating new entities. Additionally, there is a separate integration for Calendar and Email (and others in the future) with models that are not fully integrated with them.

For now, I am doing that for a minimal number of entities filtered by team, while I wait for a better split without compromising core functionalities.
