[Workflow] Allow the conditions on dates to be dynamic (based on a variable)

ex: filter, creation date is before (or is after) => an exact date must be selected.

Users, would like to say "is before 90 days ago" for example, 90 being either configured via the UI, either coming from a parameter from previous steps.

This cannot be done today using the is relative option as it allows to say "past/this/next" "day/week/month" but without this delay
