Error during installation

Trying to install the plugin gives me this error

Steps to reproduce:

After installing the above version of twilio CLI, run this command

twilio plugins:install @twilio-labs/plugin-dev-phone

have you tried to verify which registry it is using in case you have a custom registry or local setup?

twilio plugins:install @twilio-labs/plugin-dev-phone --verbose

you can also try setting up this environment variable to make sure it's going to npm's default

export YARN_REGISTRY="https://registry.npmjs.org"

and then trying again
