NFT, Crypto & Blockchain

On IGDB, we do allow NFT, Crypto, and Blockchain games, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure the following before submitting to our database if your game utilizes NFTs or Crypto currency:

1. Always include a link to an official homepage.
2. Include a video of gameplay, either on the game page you create/edit or in our comments channel. If we are not able to confirm gameplay, your entry will be discarded. Your game must include a significant amount of gameplay and be categorized as a game.
3. Include some form of visuals, such as a cover (boxart) and screenshots. Don't forget that a cover must have the logo of the title on it.
4. Your game must include a significant amount of gameplay and be categorized as a game. We do not allow social platforms, hubs, marketplaces, software, or tools.
5. Do not add an unofficial age rating. If the game hasn't been officially reviewed and rated by a specific organization, it's not official. Even if you as a development team set your own age rating, that would still count as unofficial.
6. Every game in this genre must include keywords such as "nft" (or "nfts"), "blockchain", "metaverse" and/or "crypto" when applicable.

Please keep in mind that if your game is in pre-alpha or alpha and we deem it to be too early in development, we reserve the right to reject your contribution.
