.local/share shows up twice in chezmoi managed

When I run chezmoi managed, it outputs all my managed files and directories, but .local/share is output twice and I don't know why. Here is the output of chezmoi --debug --verbose managed (I abbreviated the managed file list):

This is a subtle bug in chezmoi. .local/share shows up twice because you both have regular files in .local/share and an external .local/share/zap.
