Support displaying schema objects in the Structure view

Given the common pattern of having dedicated "schema" files, it would be valuable to display a simple, flat structure view of all PsiTypeQLElements with labelNode = definable.

(It might even be possible to build a tree structure based on type inheritance; but that might be harder to implement)
