Provide localized default for feedback link

Currently the feedback defaults to "What did you think of this tutorial?" despite the language selected in config.yml.  This task has two parts: figuring out the technical solution to providing the appropriate string and finding translations for the supported languages (currently English and Norwegian Bokmål).
