Can't edit questions in Chrome #180

As reported on gots-discuss, Chrome is not allowing editors to edit questions. Firefox is working. I can reproduce in Chrome 69 on Ubuntu 18.04.

Less-than-ideal workarounds include editing in another browser, or creating a new question and deleting the old one.
