Invalid commands exit with success #20
Description
Typing ringpop-admin commands that don't exist cause ringpop-admin to exit immediately with success:
$ ringpop-admin asdasdgefd
$ echo $?
0
$
ringpop-admin should print an error and exit with an error code.
