🚀 Feature: Update Congratulations Page

There is a congratulations 🎊 page that the viewer sees at the end of all the levels, but it is not up to date to the design on the figma 😞

Use Case

This feature congratulates the user for finishing all of the levels, lets make it pretty for them to see :)

Proposed Solution

Edit Congratulations.txt, ExerciseSide.tsx files (and possibly Congratulations.scss) so it reflects the updated design
