Description
It seems like the email notifications don't account for file transfers so the notifications of pipeline completion get sent even files are waiting to complete transfer through publishDir, ie. Waiting for file transfers to complete (1 files).
If possible, it may be worth updating the notifications to watch for the transfers to also finish
