Missing data in aggregate.zscores

Currently `accumulate.zscores` adds zscores together to create a sum. This doesn't support the idea of having missing data in the QC metrics dataset (which is quite likely to happen in practice!) - simply removing NA's benefits the samples with missing metrics. In the future, we need to implement a strategy to handle the case of missing data.
