PAMR imputation #32
Description
When imputing for PAMR, if a sample has > 80% missing values (or a CpG has > 50% missing values), then impute::impute.knn stops and throws an error. Instead of allowing impute::impute.knn to stop the program, let's handle all errors/warnings for high missingness using validate.subtype.model.cpgs() instead.
