GATK v3.7.0 Docker image update name

          This one is fairly old and doesn't have an actual Dockerfile associated since it's built from an old GATK version that's saved in the SVN repo so we haven't touched or re-built the image in years; we'll sort out where the image is being used elsewhere and then update the name accordingly
