[Data processing]: Create a backup/snapshot of all OAC 4.0 finding aid data, read-only accessible to contributors

We'd like to save a backup/snapshot of all OAC 4.0 finding aid data, and make the directories/subdirectories temporarily available to contributors for the next several months (if they need to download copies):
