[Dashboard]: Report of RecordEXPRESS entries with 10+ subject headings

We'd like to identify RecordEXPRESS records in CincoCtrl which have extensive subject headings (more than 10?). This entry (Edwina Hunter Collection) has a boatload of erroneous subject headings:

Bug found and fixed. Data corrected in cincoctrl and all record express reindexed. This should be fixed. Do you still want this report?

Thanks @everreau ! If you are able to easily generate a report of any extant RecordEXPRESS guides with mega subject headings, I can spot check them.

Thanks @everreau . I went through a number of the finding aids and the headings all do look legit. This one that I stumbled on has multiple headings that were pasted into single fields, which aren't gated/restricted within the form. Not sure what to do about this; it's super wonky in the facets (https://oac.cdlib.org/search?f%5Blevel%5D%5B%5D=Collection&f%5Brepository%5D%5B%5D=History+San+Jose+Research+Library&sort=title_sort+asc).

I could write a management command that makes it easier to split those apart once identified by a human. I could also get a report with an subjects or creators that are longer than a certain length. We could implement a character limit on subject/creator values but it's hard to know what an appropriate one would be.
