Add Advisor Character and Update Animations

Description

The advisor character which is in the end of w0_d3 has a placeholder image right now. Once the character design for her is done (this issue will no longer be marked with "blocked") the image should be updated in our Images folder and we should make sure that any references to them in w0_d3 are updated.

Objective

• Add new character in and update animations to match.

• The image sprites are available in the Google Drive. Access will be granted upon request.

Never seen someone jump on an issue so fast, much less at 3am; respect. You unfortunately cannot do this as character designs for the advisor are not finished. When they are this issue will no longer marked as blocked and I will ping you again. Until then, feel free to pick another issue or wait until tomorrow when I push out a few more in the morning. Just made 3 new issues which are the exact same task as this one, but just for different characters. The easiest one for someone who has never contributed to this project before would be #173, the hardest would be #174. Let me know if you have any questions.
