C768 RT on Derecho? #2699

Hi, I would like to run the regression test of C768 (i.e., "control_c768"), but I see it is not supported on Derecho. Is is possible to make this available to run on Derecho? We need this data in order to run WRF-Hydro coupled with UFS. Thanks! |

@edougherty32 we used to maintain control_c768 baseline weekly run configuration with https://github.com/ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/blob/develop/tests/rt_weekly.conf#L4 and https://github.com/ufs-community/ufs-weather-model/blob/develop/tests/tests/control_c768. So, basically there should be a way to port the weekly configuration to derecho. Unfortunately, the weekly run wasn't updated after around 2024 March. We are trying to confirm all C768 baseline input files on hera first. we will keep posting progress or will set up a quick tagup if we need to meet. @jdkublnick FYI |
