@FernandoAndrade-NOAA has provided the following information:

1. At this time, GaeaC6 has an ongoing conflict between Python and ecflow configs. We are waiting for one of our team members to return from PTO to take an in-depth look at this issue. A temporary workaround would be to run with Rocoto.

2. URSA RTs should be working. It looks like you were running out of the ecflow node. I don't think detect_machine includes that node in its checks. The recommendation is to move to one of the ufe nodes and run from there, or add the uecflow01 to the detect_machine script so it recognizes URSA.

@FernandoAndrade-NOAA thanks for your reply. Actually I just checked my run on C6 (which I launched later last night), although it had that ecflow error message, all my jobs were being launched and finished.
One puzzle I am having at this point is usually once all jobs are done, it will generate a file "RegressionTests_c6.log" but this time it didn't generate this file. See
/gpfs/f6/scratch/Jiande.Wang/MOM6-update/GFDL-20250721/ufs-weather-model/tests/logs

Hi @jiandewang, I suspect the python/ecflow issue may be causing rt.sh to exit prematurely and not reach the steps to wrap up results and output to a log, but this would need to be investigated further after getting ecflow back up and running on GaeaC6 with rt.sh

In the meantime, I would recommend running rt.sh with rocoto -r instead of ecflow -e on GaeaC6
