Remote Maintenance Constraints

Following the discussion in issue #862 it is worth think about how we can capture remote maintenance considerations within PROCESS. One option is to introduce a set of constraints to capture issues like

• Geometry and space allocation
• Blanket segmentation and masses
• Maintenance time
• Costs (maybe)
• Building sizes

This could also help capture some of the design complexity when making an increasing smaller machine.
