[HELP] problem "nssm" when I use "win-ca"

Hello,

I have a problem with nssm when I use win-ca. Could you help-me?

First Test (running project with nssm):

1. Installer:
   

2. Service Running:
   

3. Login OK:
   

4. But, when I call on my backend win-ca not running:
   

Second Test (running project without nssm):

1. My Project:
   

2. Open console and call exe without using nssm:
   

3. Project running:
   

4. Login OK:
   

5. win-ca working without nssm:
