Add Fenics benchmarks #117
Description
We've met with Matt Archer from CSD3 who works with Chris Richardson on FEniCS. They use spack for building their dependencies, but the FEniCS apps are built using their native build systems directly. They also already have some benchmarks in ReFrame, and they deploy them on CSD3 as part of their CI workflow. Matt wants to rewrite the CI to make it more sustainable and is interested in using our framework.
