A potential small bug in main_responseCalib.cpp

After reading the codes, I believe that it should be "else if" instead of "if" at line 480, in main_responseCalib.cpp. Otherwise, there is chance that the program keeps reporting "ERROR: OpenCV image type %i not supported", which is confusing for our users.
