Dynamic count cards based on filter

Thought it would be nice if we could set a config for count cards to determine if they are dynamic based on the filter or not.

I have a card like this which is based of my dataset of around 1700:

But when I then filter by country it would be nice if it could update the count based on the reduced dataset after the filter.
