Slow start - ~20 sec to splash screen (the one with the profiles overview)

I just freshly installed ArchLinux Manjaro a few days ago, and ungoogled-chromium along the way, tried to keep everything as clean and lean as possible.

All was good until yesterday ... 2 sec start time to splash screen.

However, I had this problem before already ("sometimes"), when I start ungoogled-chromium it takes about 15~20 sec until the splash screen shows up with the 5 profiles I have setup so far.
Any chance to find out what it is doing all the time ?

Yesterday ugraded and now running the latest version : Version 128.0.6613.113 (Official Build, ungoogled-chromium) Arch Linux (64-bit)

I closed Chromium, restarted, and still ~ 15 sec until splash screen !

What is "splash screen" you're referring to?

UGC worked fine until yesterday, as far as I remember even after the last update (as I thought : "oh, maybe startup time is now 2 not 3 sec), but after rebooting my machine today, I again have the problem that it takes ~20 sec !!

I have no idea what it is doing all the time or how I could find out - any idea ?

The only think I tried, is to start UGC from the console and got this. No idea if it has anything to do with it or if it is "normal".

Actually, these error messages come up right away, and then it takes ~20 sec for the "splashscreen (aka "Profile selection window") to pop up.
