I have used ungoogled-chromium version 143.0.7499.40, and I cannot reproduce the issue on Windows 10.

When I first upgraded to Chrome 143.0.7499.41, everything worked fine. Two days later, Chrome suddenly stopped being able to access different subnets within the local area network. However, 127.0.0.1 remained accessible. I suspect the symptoms of this issue are more complex than we initially thought.
