Is version 1.1.0 available in git repos?

The current version in http://brand.unimelb.edu.au/web/docs/ is 1.1.0, but I couldn't find the 1.1.0 tag in git repos.

Was this ever resolved? I'd like to take a look.

We're working on a major release over the rest of the year, but we may have made a mistake with the tagging here. I think we may need to jump to a different major release given quite a few people have used the edge releases in their production code.

I thought 1-1-0 was a regular release? It doesn't seem to be here.
