index of SchemaErrors is null

I made a very minimal example to evaluate pandera and polars:

import polars as pl
from pandera.polars import Column, DataFrameSchema

schema = DataFrameSchema(
    {
        "state": Column(str),
        "city": Column(str),
        "price": Column(int),
    }
)

df = pl.read_csv("example.csv")

try:
    schema.validate(df, lazy=True)
except pa.errors.SchemaErrors as e:
    print(e.failure_cases)

example.csv

This only reports one failure case for the 'price' column, and the index column is null. Is this the expected behaviour?
