Customizable File Extensions for Watching in listhen

Dear unjs/listhen team,

I would like to bring up a feature request regarding the file watching capabilities of listhen. Your work on this project is greatly appreciated, and I believe this enhancement could improve its usability. Here are the details:

Currently, the file extensions that listhen can watch are fixed. As a result, when JSX is enabled, changes to JSX files are not detected.
I would like to request an option that allows users to customize the file extensions that listhen watches. This would enable better support for JSX and other file types, enhancing the development experience.

I would argue that it's actually worthwhile to include .jsx and .tsx in the list of default file extensions since they are so common in TS projects.

That said, this feature would still be good to have since it enables refreshing when other kinds of files change. Ex: .css, .html, .vue, etc. This could enable people to use listhen when building a bespoke web framework.
