There is currently a giant lack in testing validators, having a faulty validator pool and/or a non-migrated upgrade for the validator set that breaks new validators been added in the pool.

Todo:
Research best way to simulate new validators
spin up new validators with podman
shorten epoch times on local testnets, for faster testing
