Breaking changes between release 1.2.15 and 1.2.16.

There are at least two breaking changes between bun release 1.2.15 and 1.2.16 making updates of dependent software difficult. If you intend to use semantic versioning you should fix release 1.2.16 and us a different tag for release:

1. type *bun.QueryEvent has no field or method QueryAppender: was dropped in f662c1e#diff-e6e832ce9eeb51105105595ce823c9b28734de30c345d2b21dddb4b0fa786926L17
2. Migration is not reporting errors as before but silently swallows them: https://github.com/uptrace/bun/pull/1273/files/b2de62f6d5c46cffd53680996383e1fb41706cda#diff-768c9288aba5df8fcd1a8300d6a9897f8cd32aaf0eb281ef2ca7172c30ce4138L157-R154 is changing the error reporting behavior of migrations.

Please explain, in how far you intent to comply with semantic versioning and whether especially the change in 2 was intended or is a bug.
