CLI --overwrite option is not being passed to Scaffold class

The title says it all. It's a bug that somehow the --overwrite option is not being passed to the Scaffold class (or maybe it's being overwritten somewhere). You can see the bug clearly here:

Just try running the create-model command for any case with the --overwrite flag and you should be able to recreate the bug.
