Released binaries are not runnable on macOS 

Starting with Catalina, all apps have to be signed/notorized: https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=10032019a

GoReleaser has examples for how to do this here, but more research is needed: https://goreleaser.com/customization/sign/#executables

We should add instructions to readme for current workarounds (open sys prefs>security>general and allow the app to run)
