OpenDSS integration issue with URBANopt in windows

Expected behavior

uo install_python
pip install urbanopt-ditto-reader
These commands had to work properly to implement the integration of OpenDSS and UrbanOpt

Actual behavior

To solve this issue:
in powershell can you try these commands one by one

"Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope Process"

PS C:\URBANopt-cli-1.0.1\gems\ruby\3.2.0\gems\urbanopt-cli-1.0.1>" .\python_deps\install_python.sh 24.9.2-0 3.10 .\example_files\python_deps"

This resolves half the issues with ditto_reader.exe not installed
Later, tried running on VScode and Gitbash but got same error as shown in the image below

Issue was resolved using Anaconda prompt
<pip_path> install urbanopt-ditto-reader==0.6.4
