Use 'import-surrounding-buildings-as-shading' schema element to modify input of urbanopt geometry creation measure #181
Description
This schema element is currently unused. Add it to the merge-site-properties function (https://github.com/urbanopt/urbanopt-geojson-gem/blob/develop/lib/urbanopt/geojson/geo_file.rb#L190) and use it in the mapper to set measure argument.
