Cleanup ReOpt Code #156
Description
- general cleanup
- Can we alter inputs less by updating the assumptions files?
- revisit resilience
- combine reopt-api with reopt-ghp-api code
- Change names from reopt-lite to reopt
- Investigate optimizations since they changed to open-source solver
- Improve tests and assertions. Are we exercising the reopt api & our code sufficiently? Are we evaluating output files for the correct data?
- handle new required 'year' argument when loads_kw is used, and document default 2017 year appropriately.
