storage-rn async-storage dependency

## Summary
Wondering if the peerDependencies and devDependencies of `@react-native-async-storage/async-storage` can be updated to the latest here: `packages/storage-rn/package.json`

It's also not clear to me why these versions are different.

## Proposed Solution
Using the latest version 2.1.0 is recommended.
