One-line structure that supports setting need items.
A configuration can be provided that lets users configure the one-line args

• start marker
• end marker
• mandatory fields
• optional fields

Directive is available that pulls in parts of a configured Source Code Project

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Multi-line definition using Doxygen aliases (possible next step, need feedback)
• Multi-line RST definition (possible next step)
• Use Doxygen to extract items (slow)
