Increasing memory allocation in TPV for Hifiasm tool when ONT option is used

Required for VGP:

Based on user reports, the Hifiasm tool sometimes fails with a segmentation fault error due to insufficient memory.

This issue specifically occurs when the ONT option is enabled. To prevent this, the memory allocation should be increased when running Hifiasm with the ONT parameter.

Memory usage for Hifiasm ONT mode could depend on the number of reads in FASTQ file. I would recommend allocating 250 GB memory similar to that of Quast
