Beta Release!

New Branch Map and Branching Decisions

    main: Version 1 Beta 1
    dev: Version 1 Beta 2

A few changes will be made to help guide me and my projects moving forward. I'll be adding a branching model document at some point to my standard project documentation. A draft resolution is as follows:

major branches (perm)

• main - current release version
• dev - next release version
• lts - future branch for long-term support versions

minor branches (transient)

• hotfix - critical fixes that goes into both main and dev branches
• feature - specific work for new features on development branch
• bugfix - fixes that go into dev and lts branches

Feedback is welcome, and a clearer map will be created.
