[Request]: Option to send an email notification for new rejects or quarantines

Great work! I have this set up and also Open-DMARC-Analyser.

It would be convenient to be notified of any new quarantines or rejects (suspicious behavior) rather than having to actively/periodically monitor the dashboard.
