Regarding the end-to-end performance evaluation

Thanks once again for your excellent work! Could you kindly share the code necessary to reproduce the end-to-end BER performance (Fig. 6 in the paper)? Reproducing these results is crucial for assessing the practical value of the proposed scheme. Thank you.

Hello, the code is already there in https://github.com/utcsilab/score-based-channels/blob/main/matlab/test_end_to_end.m.

It will require MATLAB and the Communications toolbox.

I no longer have access to MATLAB unfortunately, but if you would be willing to try running that script, once inference results are saved you will have to point to the right target_file on your local storage (https://github.com/utcsilab/score-based-channels/blob/main/matlab/test_end_to_end.m#L23) and hopefully the rest of the simulation should work.

In any case, the channel coding, modulation, etc. are all implemented in https://github.com/utcsilab/score-based-channels/blob/main/matlab/testPackets.m
