Blog extension ignores permissions of FoF User Bio #162
Description
Only the admin can see the bio in the blog, even if it's configured for everyone. Neutral internet users and normal members can't see the bio.
Here is a test blog article for demonstation.

Expected behavior would be to see the bio in the blog, like the admin do:
