1/ Rename https://github.com/v2fly/geoip to https://github.com/v2fly/geoip-temp
2/ Transfer https://github.com/v2ray/geoip into https://github.com/v2fly
3/ You can transfer issues of temp to good repository
4/ Merge all new commits at the good place
5/ Add a message in description, go to the good place
6/ Archive the temp repository

It will be perfect.
