We are observing an intermittent and low-frequency issue in Intercom SDK v9.4.2 where, immediately after a user completes identity verification (login) and the SDK is initialized with both a userId and a corresponding name attribute, the displayed User Name within the in-app chat interface or user list occasionally shows the user's User ID instead of the actual user's name.
This behavior is sporadic and not consistently reproducible, but it has been reported in our production environment.
