Currently, StakeVault implements a custom migration system together with StakeManager.
Once #22 is done, this custom system will likely no longer work.

We need to explore how exactly upgradeability of StakeVaults will fit into the greater picture if StakeManager/Rewardstreamer becomes a UUPS contract.
