How to increase conenction timeout of oracle connection

after some time and no active session I'm getting error "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'send'"
i feel it's due to connection time out to oracle on prem db .

any solution for that ?

any luck for this , it's giving this error if no activity for 1 hour
