Lets get rid of g_settings

g_settings was ported over to ensure a smooth V2 release, but I think now its time to get rid of it. The some filters being in the URL is a bit annoying and also inconsistent for all the filters. We should look into having a small KV API surface to directly store the Tanstack Table data and make the url ?id= or something
