Allow ORIGIN and ALTSVC frames in ALPS #8
Description
Looks like we've added two frames since RFC7540. I suspect both should be okay in ALPS. ALTSVC is a little fun because it has both a stream 0 and a stream != 0 variant, and we only want the stream zero variant.
(Huh, should the rule just be "anything allowed on stream 0 is fine"?)
